VanessaVanessa Adams is the Agent & Founder of Sol Talent. She began her industry career working in casting and production for FOX and ABC, and on major feature films. Vanessa launched Sol Talent in 2013 after spending five years as an agent at one of the oldest talent agencies in the Southeast. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Information & Computer Science, Vanessa gained a wealth of business knowledge working for the U.S. Department of Defense in Europe and for a multinational engineering company. Vanessa’s expertise in business coupled with her work in casting and production has contributed greatly to her on-going success as a talent agent. Vanessa grew up between New York, Miami, and Colombia. She is fluent in Spanish and German and has developed a respectable “Southern drawl” after living a decade in the South with her husband, three kids, and two rescued dogs.

AshleyAshley is an Assistant at Sol Talent with experience in the entertainment industry as an actor, model, and entrepreneur. As an actor, she has booked work on ABC, FOX, OWN, the TV One channel, and more. Ashley was born in Vicenza, Italy and moved to the U.S. at the age of eight, where she grew up in South Carolina. She earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Acting for Film & TV from the New York Film Academy. Ashley has lived and worked in the L.A. and Southeast markets. Witnessing the tremendous growth of television and film production in Georgia, Ashley founded the House of Artists —a multi-operational facility that will offer creative workspace and professional resources to all performing artists in Atlanta starting in 2017. Ashley is fun, fearless, and incredibly organized. She loves Hello Kitty and the smell of fresh laundry.

JanaJana is an Assistant at Sol Talent with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry as an actor, singer, radio announcer, and journalist. As an actor, she has booked work on FOX, HBO, NBC, the Hallmark Channel, and more. She graduated from Liberty University in Virginia with a Broadcasting degree and began working in television news for a CBS affiliate in Virginia. After briefly pursuing a career as a news reporter, Jana became a professional actor and completed the prestigious two-year Meisner program at the William Esper Studio in NYC. Jana has lived and worked in the NY, L.A. and Southeast markets. Since her roots are in the South, Jana is passionate about expanding opportunities for actors and the film industry in the Southeast. She teaches workshops on the art of self-taped auditions to help fellow actors understand what casting directors and producers expect from taped auditions. Jana became a proud Marine Corps Spouse in 2010.

JavaronJavaron is an Intern at Sol Talent with industry experience acting on-camera and on the stage. He is a rising junior at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, double majoring in Theater and Education. Javaron made his acting debut as “Baloo the Bear” in The Jungle Book when he was seven years old —and Ms. Vanessa was in the audience that evening! Since then, he’s been cast in over 50 lead roles for both school and community theatre plays, performing in five states spanning from Georgia to Kentucky. He is considered a triple threat with his natural ability to act, sing, and dance effortlessly. Javaron has booked work on HBO, independent films, and commercials. He played football and wrestled throughout high school so he can easily do any heavy lifting around the office.
